I was lucky enough to be assigned to Dr. Steven Gross in the emergency room at Condell for a broken ankle. My surgery went well and Dr. Gross was happy to answer any questions I had before and after surgery. I called his practice about 2 days after surgery for a question and he called me back very promptly and spent a good amount of time with me which I didn't expect.
